Quality is our eternal promise to the customers. Safety, nice appearance, stable performance and long service time are the primary factors to qualify TECON products.

Our products comply with different standards. GB standards of welding, pressing, punching, casting, and forging for other parts are adapted accordingly, while EN standards (EN1065, EN13377, etc.) are also adapted in our key components.

Quality & Safety

Quality is the cornerstone of our business. The quality of our products ensures their longevity when this is appropriate and ensures the safety of the workers on construction sites. All our products comply with the different standards depending on their production.
Standards

Our products comply with different standards. GB standards of welding, pressing, punching, casting, forging for other parts are all adapted accordingly, while EN standards (EN1065, EN13377 etc.) are also adapted in the production of our key components.
QC System

For all sizes of products from tie rods to self-climbing formwork brackets, for items produced in our workshops or outsourced from others, we have an over-arching Quality Control System which runs throughout the whole process of order delivering, from incoming raw materials inspection, manufacturing process inspection until the final finished products inspection.
QC Team

For system formwork such as self-climbing formwork, climbing formwork, dam formwork, protection screen, single side wall formwork etc., the TECON QC team always make mockups in the yard before shipment to ensure smooth assembly when materials are sent to the site.
Laboratory

As well as internal quality control from production to inspection, we work with a third-party laboratory for the load capacity test, certification or pre-shipment inspection, all to make products reliable and better.
Materials

For any little component, or any important part, as well as any product whether produced by our own factory or purchased from external suppliers, we have a corresponding quality control system that runs through the entire process of order delivery, including the incoming inspection of raw materials, the inspection during the production process, and the inspection of the finished products. Although there are internal quality control processes from production to inspection, we also collaborate with third-party laboratories to conduct load capacity tests, certifications or pre-shipment inspections to ensure the reliability and superior quality of the products.

Our History

2013

Establishment in middle November.
2014

Annual sales amount reaches 1 million us dollars after the first-year operation.
2016

New office launches in LEFO commercial centre, Suzhou; Win the 3 million us dollar Multi-purpose climbing formwork tender with Taiwan partner, offered our customer site complete engineering service and supervision.
2017

Win the formwork tender of ITC Colombo One Hotel & Residences and Queens Park in Singapore.
2018

TECON finally initiate cooperation with one leading European formwork brand after their yard test in Germany and factory audit.
2019

The 3rd time attendance in WOC, Las Vegas with other famous formwork brands. This year, TECON has participated in five international concrete exhibitions worldwide and served more than 60.
2020

Moved into new offices and built a new sample room; Sales peaked since Tecon was founded.
2021

Preparing for establishing subsidiaries in Malaysia and the Philippines; established a strategic cooperative relationship with Shengdu Technology Group.
